West Vision is a fast-growing hospitality group in Phuket covering Yona Beach Club, Hype Boat Club and Boa Night Club.

Thousands of guests arrive every month through online bookings, travel agents, OTAs and walk-ins, and pay by card, QR, cash, Stripe or agent settlement. Now we need someone to own the revenue-to-cash cycle. The numbers have to agree, every day: what was booked, what was paid and what was recorded.

This role is open to Thai nationals only, and reports to the Head of Accounting.

What you'll do

• Own the daily revenue and payment reconciliation across every channel (POS, cards, QR/PromptPay, cash, Stripe, OTA and agent settlements): one file, one format, one sign-off.

• Apply every receipt to the right booking and invoice, daily and by reference, working closely with reservations, front desk and sales, and keep agent ledgers clean with monthly statements.

• Produce the weekly aging with due dates and buckets, then run collections: reminders, calls, escalation, stop-sell recommendations.

• Lead the clean-up of legacy balances and move reconciliation out of Excel and into Odoo (clearing accounts, bank feeds, matching rules).

• Deliver the monthly AR close package by working day 3: reconciliation statement, aging, exceptions, actions, and stand behind it with the external auditors.

• Build and lead a team of three, with clear ownership and a named back-up for every task.

• Work daily with the front desk, reservations, sales and our booking systems, and with external auditors.

What you'll bring

• Fluent Thai and confident working English (our management team is international).

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

• Real time served in accounts receivable, revenue accounting or audit, including two years or more supervising a small team.

• Hands-on experience of multi-channel B2C revenue: POS, online payments, acquirer settlements, OTA and agent remittances. Hospitality, travel or F&B is a strong plus.

• Working knowledge of Thai VAT and withholding tax on receipts and tax invoices.

• ERP experience, and Excel skills you are happy to have tested at interview (Odoo is a plus).

• A collector's temperament: you chase politely and relentlessly, escalate the same day with evidence, and are as happy being reviewed as reviewing.
